Exercise programs may be to improve strength, endurance, fitness, function, or posture to enable enhanced daily living.
Nutrition support may be to optimise eating patterns, modified texture diets or enteral feeding regimes to improve health or to increase confidence at with food preparation, shopping and cooking.
