Standardard psychological therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement and desensitisation therapy (EMDR) are provided, along with specialised CBT for insomnia (CBTi). Advanced neurotherapy approaches are also available, including several forms of EEG neurofeedback. Additional biofeedback techniques including heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback are also offered.
