Delta Psychology provides evidence-based psychological services for adults. The practice is led by a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. Areas of interest include anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, complex trauma, personality disorders, and chronic pain. Therapeutic approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy and schema therapy. Appointments are available in-person and via telehealth. All referral types are accepted.
