Wise Mind Counselling is a practice dedicated to delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals between the ages of 10-40 years old. Wise Mind Counselling is run by an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, who has training in several evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, ACT and CBT, to name a few. Services are available face-to-face, online via Telehealth or by phone at request.
