I work with clients from diverse backgrounds in a caring, client oriented and empathetic manner. Counselling is a refuge, a safe place to deal with struggles. My niche areas are; workplace issues, anxiety, depression, social isolation and adjustment, identity issues, trauma, grief and loss, relationship/family issues, living with neurodivergence and marital problems.
