Personal Care assistance is provided to eligible individuals who have been assessed as having functional limitations in meeting their personal care needs. Personal Care assistance can include, but is not limited to showering, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and assistance with mobility. Service needs are assessed through an Intake & Assessment process designed to prioritise and assess individual client needs. A co-contribution, which is determined by the clients income is charged for services. Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 6:00am until 10.00pm.
