A physiotherapy information session is an opportunity for you to come with your questions covering the first year post-natal. Provides information about your health such as post natal recovery exercises and general exercise advice, back and pelvic care, wrist, feet, knees and general musculoskeletal care, and pelvic floor, bladder and bowel issues. Also provides information for your baby regarding tummy time ideas, head shape issues, head preferences and positional talipes.
