Ingrown Toenail Surgery. We perform ingrown toenail surgery under local anaesthetic. You do not need a referral and you do not need stitches. We perform a partial nail avulsion (PNA) that is minimally invasive and you will just need a few days rest afterwards. We are open late on Wednesday evenings and on Saturdays to cater for those who need to come outside work hours.
