Exercise is more than medicine. At Prospect Exercise Physiology, we prescribe exercise for chronic disease management, coach you in making lifestyle changes, correct dysfunctional movement, regain muscular balance and mental health. Home visit available for clients with Home Care Package (HCP), plan-managed or self-managed NDIS near clinics. Clients who only speak Mandarin is also welcomed.
