Additional information
Connecting Families supports vulnerable parents and carers of children up to 15 years old in Clarence Valley to develop healthy connections within their family. It supports families to feel more connected, building skills and confidence around parenting, emotional regulation and behaviour management. Services are tailored to suit the individual needs of families with appropriate, flexible in-home supports, resources, counselling and case management of up to 44 weeks. Appointments essential.
