Additional information
An inpatient unit that accepts medically stable voluntary and involuntary admissions for young people aged 12 years and up to their 18th birthday who are experiencing an acute or severe mental illness/disorder.
Priority is given to young people experiencing a severe deterioration in their mental health (e.g. at immediate risk of harm, experiencing significant functional impairment or psychological stress, unable to be reasonably and safely managed in the community)
