A voluntary 4-week group step up/step down intensive psychoeducational/psychosocial program to help young people residing in the ACT develop skills to improve their mental health and wellbeing. A psychoeducation/support group for the parents/carers of young people enrolled in the program is run each Friday to help them support their young people
