All surgical clients awaiting heart surgery in the ACT and close surrounding areas of NSW are invited to attend a pre-surgical education session with their family. Post-Surgery: All surgical clients attend a postoperative education talk session before discharge from hospital with family in attendance. This session is conducted by a Cardiac Rehabilitation nurse and physiotherapist.
