If your mental health is out of balance, it s likely your physical health is too. With a special interest in trauma, I work with individuals (face to face and online) navigating stress, anxiety, sleep issues, relationship issues, emotional reactivity, difficulty connecting with feelings and the body, work stress and burnout.
