The overall goal of the Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) is to provide transitional supported accommodation and related support services to assist young people who are homeless to achieve the maximum possible degree of self reliance and independence.
The Target group for the Youth Support Service is Young people aged between 16-25 years old who are homeless. This includes Young people who are in crisis and at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
Our Youth Support Service provides young people with ongoing support, advocacy and referrals and aims to ensure the safety and well-being of the young people of the community.
