Occupational Therapy services for adults aged who have acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and stroke. Supporting clients to build self, domestic and independent living skills in structured graduated return to work programs. Rehabilitation includes equipment provision and training, modification of tasks and strategies to assist with daily activities. Driver assessment and rehabilitation services. Services provided within clients own home and community.
