Additional information
The Wesley Mission QLD Wellbeing Mental Health Service offers up to six free sessions, to support people over 16 in the community who are experiencing, or are caring for someone who is experiencing, mental health concerns, but who do not necessarily need a mental health care plan. The program is short term, person-centred and holistic, which includes peer support, coaching, assistance to access practical supports, as well as other services to support the mental health care journey.
