I am a counsellor for children, adolescents, families and adults, specializing in the field of trauma. My work is informed by neuroscientific research, and I integrate best practice healing approaches into my Narrative Family Therapy framework. I offer Radical Exposure Tapping, a form of exposure therapy that can help to quickly and effectively resolve memories of distressing events that fuel PTSD, anxiety, fears, emotional reactivity, escalating interpersonal conflict.
