This Way Up is the online initiative of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression, UNSW at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. This Way Up provides online courses for anxiety and depression via www.thiswayup.org.au whilst face-to-face psychology services are provided through the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney.
