The department is located in a brightly appointed purpose built facility providing treatment planning and delivery of radiation therapy via three modalities - megavoltage linear accelerator, superficial/orthovoltage, and high dynamic range brachytherapy.
Case mix is varied, however breast and head and neck cases make up 50% of total caseload. Total body irradiation is also delivered at St. Vincent's.
