Island Counselling provides compassionate, confidential support for adults and couples on Phillip Island. Services include relationship concerns for individuals and couples.Priscilla Lund, a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor, offers in-person sessions in Cowes for couples counselling and in-person or secure telehealth for individual counselling.Priscilla utilises the Gottman Method and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for relationship and couple counselling.
