Persistent pain management program addressing both mental health and physical health run by a Psychologist and Physiotherapist for all sessions. 4-week program for 8 sessions of 3 hours duration, includes psycho-education, supervised functional movement and social connection. The group runs monthly from Kirra Hill Community Centre and is capped at 8 people maximum.
