In addition to standard talking therapies, the underpinning approach to counselling is the positive psychology or well being approach. I utilise expressive therapies (art, music, sand-tray, play, dog therapy) and hypnosis as requested. It is client-centered, which is to say that you the client decide what you want to work on and we work on it collaboratively in a realistic and functional time frame.
