Medistrength is a clinic which provides physical activity services through strength and balance training for the prevention and management of chronic disease, injury and disability. Using Nautilus equipment, our clinic predominately provides active treatment for musculoskeletal issues such as neck and lower back pain. We also target age related muscle loss and weight management.
