Counselling for adults, adolescents, and children over 6 years. Anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and more. Primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but integrating other therapies according to client needs. In addition to face-to-face sessions, video, phone and text messaging services are offered. After hours appointments are possible for telehealth services. Telehealth not available for children.
