-kidney problems such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), acute kidney injury (AKI), end stage kidney disease (ESKD) and other kidney conditions
-dialysis within hospital or in your home
-kidney care combined with other specialist care, such as cardiac care
-multidisciplinary care for issues related to kidney disease including Indigenous Liaison services, dietetics, pharmacy support and psychology
