The Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) provides comprehensive mental health services to adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health challenges and who may have diffciulty engaing in traditional services. Therapeutic support is provided in the person's home, community setting, Brookvale Community Health Centre or via phone.
