TheraDance combines dance and occupational therapy to support people of all ages with disability or health conditions. Using ballet-inspired movement, we build strength, balance, coordination, and postural alignment while also promoting cognitive skills such as memory, planning, sequencing, and executive function—supporting independence and quality of life.
