Boort District Health provides Emergency Care to those people who have been seriously injured or have life threatening illnesses. The Hospital is not funded as an Emergency Department and those presenting will be triaged or assessed by Senior Nursing Staff and if necessary, treated by the Doctor on call. The Doctor will charge the patient accordingly.
