Additional information
This service provides diabetes education for people living with diabetes. It is delivered by a group of dietitians and diabetes educators. In addition, education is provided around the use of diabetes technology (insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring). Education may be provided individually and in groups depending on staff availability and the service needs. Telehealth is also used in this process.
