Grounded Actions Counselling offers individual counselling for people aged 16 and over experiencing anxiety, low mood, addiction, ADHD related challenges, relationship stress and life changes. Sessions are collaborative, trauma informed and practical, available in person in Biloela on either a Monday or Tuesday (dependent on demand), and via telehealth for regional, rural and remote communities.
