Psychological assessment and counselling for people of all ages. The service works with parents with new-borns, children, adults and seniors. Uses evidence-based treatments and the following therapies: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, existential psychotherapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy and circle of security parenting (COS).
