The Dietitian will assess your food intake, knowledge and rationale of food choices and build management plans to best assist you in learning both what is most recommended to eat and why certain food choices are best for you. With the Western diet consisting of high levels of refined carbohydrates and saturated fats and low levels of complex carbohydrates and fibre, the Dietitian is pivotal in helping you know the reasons behind and consequences of habitual food choices, without the fad diets.
