Choose Therapy provides evidence-based occupational therapy services for individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults. We support participation and independence in everyday activities through tailored, goal-oriented therapy. Services are delivered via home visits, in-person (face-to-face) sessions, and telehealth, working collaboratively with the people we support, their families, and carers across home, school, work, and community settings
