Additional information
I provide face-to-face therapy in the Gold Coast and throughout Australia (Telehealth). I have 15+ years experience helping clients achieve their therapy goals. I mainly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT in my work however tailor therapy to each client and utilise skills from other evidence-based therapies where appropriate. I am a Board Approved Supervisor and offer psycho-educational workshops and seminars to businesses.
