I offer Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) and Counselling/Psychotherapy sessions. DMT is a body and movement based psychotherapy and creatively explores the integration of the body and mind. I provide a safe and confidential space for children, teenagers and adults. Individual or group sessions are offered. I specialise in working on traumas, attachment issues, anxiety, depression and emotional challenges. My approach is psychodynamic, person-centred and trauma informed.
