Urban Health HQ supports people to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement through individualised exercise programs. Support is tailored to personal goals, abilities, and health needs. Services are delivered in clinic, in a studio gym and clinic environment and may assist with mobility, fatigue, pain, coordination, and participation in daily activities.
