The Vietnamese Gambling Help Service provides culturally appropriate one on one support services for problem gamblers, their relatives, family members, friends or others who are affected by problem gambling. The program works in partnership with specialist services to provide treatment for problem gamblers and address issues related to gambling. See website for more info.: EntryProcedures Potential clients can contact us directly via phone or face to face and one of our administrative staff will take enquirers through the Intake process. Agencies may also make referrals on behalf of clients, by filling in a Referral Form and faxing it to us, or contacting our staff directly to complete Intake details. Shortly after Intake is processed, a staff member will contact the client directly to discuss assistance available.
