Individual counselling for adults, adolescence and children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma including PTSD, alcohol and drug addictions, family of origin issues as well as relationship conflict and stress. A range of counselling approaches are used including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma focussed therapies. Registered Medicare provider therefore clients may be able to claim Medicare rebates
