Psychological assessment and therapy for a range of mental health concerns - e.g. depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Treatment will be tailored to the individual, however a range of approaches are available - e.g. cognitive analytic therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
