The Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Service provides multi-disciplinary team support to young people 15-25 years old with a recent cancer diagnosis. Our team includes a Cancer Medical Specialist, Psychologist, Exercise Physiologist, Social Worker, Registered Nurses, Music Therapist.
