ACT Health provides Maternal & Child Health (MACH) Nurse led education sessions on sleep and settling strategies for parents.
The three age-specific sessions available are: 3 months to 8 months; 9 months to 18 months and 19 months to 3 years.
Parents will get more out of the session without their child present.
Clients can access this service by phoning Community Health Intake on (02) 6207 9977 between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm Wednesdays (excluding public holidays).
Sessions are held on the third Tuesday of the month.
This service is free to Medicare and Asylum Seeker card holders.
The Clinic is open on the first Wednesday of the month for 9-18 months and the third Wednesday of the month for 3-8 month old babies.

ACT Health provides Maternal and Child Health (MACH) clinics and wellness support for families with newborn babies and/or young families.
No appointment is required for these brief 15-20 minute drop-in consultations which are provided at various health centre locations.
MACH clinics can provide information on: Baby and child health issues; Baby and child health development; Nutrition and breastfeeding; Sleep and unsettling issues; Parenting and advice for new parents; Child safety; Behavioural issues and Postnatal depression and/or anxiety.
This service is free to Medicare and Asylum Seeker card holders.
