Our community care teams support people aged 18 to 65 who need mental health care. We have teams based in Ipswich and Goodna who support people across the region. We help improve your health and wellbeing and refer you to further support.
Some of the things we can help with include:
-depression, anxiety, trauma and mood problems
-eating disorders
-self-harm
-thinking about, planning, or attempting suicide
-problems with behaviour, development, personality or emotional attachment
-psychosis.
