Veteran and ex-military services. For over three decades I have worked with people to reduce their suffering and experience of conditions such as: anxiety; depression; stress and burnout; responses to trauma and PTSD. I work with adults and older adults to assist with changes arising from injury or illness, loss and grief, using compassion and evidence based interventions.
