Sleep Education Series
A Good sleep is one of life's pleasures so it's concerning that many are troubled by poor sleep and daytime tiredness. It is also worrying that many are not aware that snoring could be a sign of unrecognized sleep apnea, which left untreated could result in trips to the toilet at night and/or high blood pressure and tiredness, along with potential damage to the heart and brain.
The sleep education series seeks to translate scientific knowledge and clinical practice into engaging presentations for the general community. Dr Grant Wilson, the Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic director will inform and dispel many myths surrounding sleep disorders and their management.
Presentations will be held throughout the year and attendence is free but please contact us at 61621802 or email reception@sleepandlifestyle.com.au to find out when the next presentation will be and to RSVP.
