Trauma Therapy treats the emotional and psychological impacts of traumatic experiences. It aims to provide safe, supportive and compassionate care to process emotional wounds of past experiences of trauma that have led to an overwhelming capacity to cope.
Trauma Therapy can support alleviate the symptoms of PTSD, Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, OCD, Depression and Dissociation in individuals with trauma histories using evidence based modalities such as EMDR for trauma processing.
