Hearing Services can help any adult who has a hearing impairment or who has both vision and hearing loss. We can also assist family members and other interested people to learn more about hearing loss, the effects, and the services available. We offer impartial and independent advice and support. We also offer a range of assistive listening devices such as amplified telephones and TV devices, and tailored courses for people with hearing loss or those wanting to support people with hearing loss, such as family and staff education. Vision Services offers an optometry service. Vision Services also offers Orientation and Mobility support for safe, independent travel, Acquired Brain Injury Vision Services helping rehabilitate people who have experienced vision loss due to a stroke or brain injury, education, training and support for community organisations, family, carers and allied health care professionals regarding vision impairment and the impact on independence.

Sensory Services offers a full assessment of each person's needs, individual focused program, assistance with accessing and coordinating community services, information and support to increase independence in daily living and to minimise social isolation.
