General Exercise Classes run by our Exercise Physiologist. One hour classes composed of 30 minutes of exercise and a 30 minute walk. Caters for varying fitness levels and walking ability. Includes strength work using weights and some balance and stretching exercises. This activity has been rated as EASY for a beginner.
