Additional Information: HACC eligible residents from an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island background are encouraged to participate in our Indigenous Elders Social Program. This program provides social support for Aboriginal HACC eligible residents over the age of 50. Transport and lunch are provided. Elders Program Wednesday for Idigenous people 50 years and over who are frail aged or have an ongoing medical condition. Additional Information: There are 3 fixed bus routes which connect at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza. Passengers can board or be set down anywhere along the route. The fleet of 3 community buses and 1 van are available for charter hire to residents and community groups when they are not being used for the Community Transport Service. Additional Information: Scheduled childhood and high school vaccines are only available free to Medicare Card holders. If you are not eligible for a Medicare card, please contact your doctor about your child's vaccinations. During April and May each year, the City of Tea Tree Gully holds additional out-of-hours immunisation clinics specifically for influenza vaccinations. See our website links for further information and out of hours clinic timetable: Please bring your immunisation records or your child's record book and your Medicare card with you each time you visit our clinic. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with written consent from the parent or legal guardian. Council will not vaccinate children accompanied by their grandparent/s without written consent from the child's parent/legal guardian. Clinic opens between 6pm-8pm first Tuesday of each month (except January) and fourth Saturday of each month between 10am-12pm.
