Additional Information: Members must provide evidence they are legally blind. The Social Centre activities include bingo, craft, friendship club, tai chi, talks, concerts and movie club. The Recreation and Leisure Program is delivered in partnership with Blind Welfare and the Royal Society for the Blind providing recreation and leisure activities to blind or vision impaired persons in metropolitan Adelaide. In addition to the accommodation services provided by BWA, we may be able to assist you in accessing other accommodation alternatives, understand services that agencies such as Centrelink provide, co-ordinate services from community health organisations that provide in home care or specific to your individual needs. The intention of this service is to assist members to access or better understand the services that are available to them either through the Association itself or through other organisations or agencies.
